Our Board

Amy Fitzgerald was born and raised in Connecticut. Life's adventures moved her to Tennessee in 2015. She worked in the mental health field from 2002-2021, with her specialization in Complex Trauma. In March of 2021, Amy RETIRED her professional counseling license (LPC-MHSP) to approach helping clients heal from a more holistic approach.   Amy has a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology, a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Masters of Psychology with a concentration in Military Psychology. 

Dan was born and raised in Boston, and currently reside in historical Plymouth MA. He is a Gulf-War Veteran and served in the Army in the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) on Fort Bragg, NC. He graduated of several military schools, including the Defense Language School, Airborne School and the Basic Non-Commission Officer Leadership course. In addition, Dan obtained a master’s degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Military Psychology from Adler University, and possess a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics from Framingham State University.   He is the proud father to a daughter who attends the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!).  

Deborah has served over 30 years in various financial roles in both the for profit and nonprofit industries. She is currently serving as Executive Director for a national marriage ministry. She is also the

president and co-founder of a private protection group. With a professional background in accounting

and business operations, Deborah brings more than thirty years of proven management and executive

experience to oversee the overall operation of businesses. Deborah is distinguished by her ability to

identify, leverage, and develop talent. Throughout her career, she has helped clients, peers, and

subordinates recognize their unique capabilities and position themselves as “A” players by addressing

career strategy, leadership development, professional positioning, and visibility. She has a contagious

enthusiasm and passionate belief in people that inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and more

valuable contributors to their organizations. She has also led innovative initiatives to build top-

performing organizations with management “bench strength” and staying power.

Deborah earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Deborah and her husband Bill have been married for over 35 years, have two grown children, and two

amazing grandchildren. Having experienced being a military and law enforcement wife/mother for over

35 years, she has a passion to help other couples see their marriages thrive even under stressful

circumstances.

In her free time Deborah enjoys spending time with grandchildren, horseback riding, hiking and

mentoring married couples

Bill has more than 35 years of combined military and law enforcement service. He served over nine years in the United States Marine Corps, during which time he obtained numerous commendations and awards. Following his military career Bill transitioned into law enforcement. He

became an officer with Vanderbilt Police Department, where he was part of the SWAT Team for tactical entry, certified as a sniper, and was a member of the bike patrol unit. He later moved to a local city department in TN where he has served for over 26 years. During his career span he has been K-9 officer, SWAT team operator, SWAT team leader, SWAT Team Commander, Bike Patrol, and First Line Supervisor . He currently serving as both First Line Supervisor and SWAT Team

Commander. He is certified as an instructor for Active Shooter incidents, Less Lethal weapons, and

Simunition scenario. He is an active member of National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) and

International Police Mountain Bike Association (IPMBA). He is trained in Incident Command System and Emergency response (ICS 100, 200, 700, 800) and a

graduate of multiple Southern Police Institute supervisor classes and a graduate of Northwestern Staff and Command. Bill and his wife, Deborah have been married since 1987 and reside in Middle TN. In his free time Bill enjoys many hobbies such as fly fishing, working out/exercising, biking, and hiking
